The reason I wanted to create this collection is simple. Each week on my YouTube channel I create a full day of eating video in which I try to create new meals every episode. This has inspired me greatly to expand my culinary understanding and in combination with so many requests for a book, I finally started working on this project early in 2017. At the moment I am a 27 year old who has been bodybuilding for 11 years and I say that to mention that a lot of these meals are made in order to be quick, easy and have a good amount of volume. Many of them are also high in protein but some are made simply for the pleasure of the taste. This is a great recipe book for people interested in starting a vegan lifestyle, beginner to intermediate cooks and people who just plain love food!
Caloric and macronutrient information is given on each recipe and is based off of information provided by inputting the ingredients into MyFitnessPal. I'm extremely proud of this work and appreciate the kind words you've given me since releasing this!
